Introducing Beaulieu Farms!

Located just outside San Juan Capistrano, Beaulieu Farms has just opened a no obligation, no deposit interest list.

Entry beaulieu

Beaulieu Farms "Villa Estate Sites" will sit on eight to ten acres.  The development's conceptual design is based on the villas and vineyard hills overlooking San Tropez and the Mediterranean Sea.  Each owner will enjoy their own private vineyard and olive grove, with mature plants ready to produce.  it is estimated that each property will be able to produce about 1,500 bottles of wine annually!  Owners will also have access to private labeling and bottling for their personal wine and olive oil.  Beaulieu Farms will also include a private landing strip and helipad for owners and guests.

The sixty lot equestrian community boasts miles of riding and hiking trails connected to the Cleveland National Forest.  A few miles down the raod is the Blenheim Equistrian Fieldgrounds, host to many world class equestrian competitions.  Just two exists south is Dana Point, home to some of Southern California's finest beaches.

Villa View Beaulieun

Phase 1 is planned to open in the Summer of 2011.  The Villa Estate Sites are planned to range from $1,250,000 to $2,850,000 (subject to change).  An interest list has just been opened.  This will not obligate anyone, nor is a deposit required.  It simply will put you (or someone you know) at the top of the call list.

If you, or someone you know, is interested in getting on the interst list, please contact:
