Commercial Real Estate Agent with Search Commercial TREC # 435827

Is Dallas poised for greatness in the commercial real estate market?  I say YES!  The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is still one of the best places to live and work.  Unemployment is low, housing is still very affordable compared to other major metropolitan areas and researchers say that the Dallas-Forth Worth population will almost double by 2020.  As long as things stay close to status quo, the leasing and investment markets will continue to strengthen and opportunities will continue to arise.  Much of the commercial and residential real estate growth has been in the suburbs, but there are several who are bringing their focus to the urban center.  Redevelopment is being seen and talked about with an interest level that equally rivals suburban interest.  It's a great time to be involved in commercial real estate in Dallas-Fort Worth and the sky truly is the limit!!
