Great places in Highland Meadows and a short sale in Bison Ridge. I want to talk about townhomes vs condo. Unfortunately, condos are currently more difficult to finance. Since you are buying the "air space" a process must be done to look at how many units are owner occupied. With a Town house you actually own the building and the land underneath and there is NO requirement for ownership percentages. If a condo association does not have a certain amount of owner occupants, financing becomes difficult. You can obtain conventional financing, but not FHA, which is what a lot of buyers use!
