Worthington Ohio Home Sales June 2010
Worthington home sales dipped slightly from May but still had a pretty strong month. In May, 26 homes sold in contrast to the 21 homes sold in June. Despite the decrease in sales volume, the average sales price increased from just over $247,000 to an average sales price of $261,252. The average price per square foot was $131.21.
There is still a lot of inventory and some great homes to choose from. In Worthington there are 131 active listings. There are homes to meet everyones needs from 2 bed 1 bath as low as just over $100,000 to 5 bedroom houses over 4000 sq feet.
