Evaluation Solutions a.k.a. EvalOnline

Real Estate Agent with Buyer's Capital Real Estate

Many have done BPO's for Eval Online, a FL based company and all have had the same issue...NON-PAYMENT!

Before you work with them, take my advice and every 45 days send them an email and call and tell them if payment is contact is not made with you regarding payment then you will sell the debt to a collection agency!

From what I have heard, this rectify's the payment situation!

Thanks, I have done 2 bpos for them.  I will watch for my check.  This is the third posting I have seen about this company.

I just waited until they had an rush order that they practically begged me to do.  I accepted the order and then told them that my payment from the last 4 months needed to be brought current or I would not complete the order.  They quickly had the accounting department call and let me know that a check had been cut.  These guys are crooks.  Please do not think that it will not happen to you, cause I gaurantee it will.

Also threatening to file Mechanical Liens on the properties for which you have done a BPO will do the trick; currently they owe me more than $2,350.00 in back BPO orders but I hear that a check is on the way since our attorney sent them a letter!  They sure know how to assign the orders, but paying is another story!
