This week we had a seller who had a need for some carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning. Team Ludlow has been referring both buyers and sellers to RIC for a while and has never had anything other than extremely happy clients. The call was made to RIC on Thursday about the rugs and that afternoon the guys came in their van to get them. They took off for the Independence Day holiday Friday and Monday. On Wednesday, they called the clients to tell them they would be bringing them back. The wife called me almost in tears. Mind you both rugs have been used for the last 13 years.
She then proceeded to tell me that since she was so pleased with the rugs and carpet that she asked them to look at a chair that was almost 10 years old. For the last couple of years her sons dog had made it his favorite sitting place. He had never gotten it dirty but years of sitting on it had it very dingy and faded. They cleaned it on site and then this morning she called to tell me that it didn't look brand new but it was "surprisingly clean" and will have several years of life left on it.
