Brookside is a neighborhood comprised of single detached homes and town homes built in the mid to late 1980's just outside of Newtown Borough in Newtown Township. It is located between State St. & Sycamore Ave. and bordered by the Newtown Bypass and the creek so for arguments sake it is in the heart of Newtown.
