ZIP code 85053 comprises a 5 square mile area of Northwest Phoenix. It lies between Thunderbird Road in the south and Union Hills Drive in the north. The western boundary runs along 43rd and 35th Avenues and the eastern boundary runs along Highway 17.
It includes Conocido Park, Brandywine, Rancho Encanto, Steeplechase, Sunray Manor, Westown Park, Shadow Canyon, Acoma Park, Gables Park, Desert Pines, Verde Real, Bell Canyon Pavillions and Parkview North.

June reported Sales/SF at $66, FLAT from $65/SF in May, and DOWN from $78/SF in June the prior year.
Summary
Real estate activity in the Phoenix Metro area market continues to deteriorate, where demand in the market is roughly the same as the supply.
