I am feeling HOT! How will you make your potential buyer feel??

I am in Westminster, Maryland and it is July 2010, the temperatures are soaring into the high 90's with feel like temperatures in the 100's.  I am showing homes to buyers that I am working with and I am shocked to find homes WITHOUT their air conditioning on!!  WHAT!!! (p.s. do you know what I look like after an hour in 100 degree weather :0 - scary!) Realtors please ask your sellers to make sure they have their air conditioning on during this extreme heat.  Buyers will stay longer and think more about purchasing your home if they are comfortable in your home.

In these times I also carry a small cooler in the back seat with water on ice. It is really appreciated by folks in the heat

I love the cooler idea and I have done so myself!  I fill it with water and gatorade and I also keep a few snacks like granola bars and crackers in my car.  It really does help everyone feel better in the heat.
