I have used them for just about everything. I use it on craigslist posts too. I sometimes wonder if the consumer opens the link or not. Some are still not up to speed on what to do.

Hi Ken: What a lovely home, and the view from the side yard is tremendous. I used to drive through Thousand Oaks on my way from Ventura to Newport Beach and would wonder if there were really 1,000 oaks in Thousand Oaks.
