Buy Vegas While the Crickets Are Chirping & Inventory is Gathering Dust!

Services for Real Estate Pros with Savvy Home Pix B.1000860.LLC

Well not quite, HOWEVER after what we have been through the last several years it kind of feels like it.  I am seeing stuff sit on the market a little longer without multiple offer situations.  Inventory is up around 2000 units since the tax credit contract deadline came and went (April 30) and June closes came in just a smidge above 4000.

If you were waiting to jump in the water to avoid those multiple offer horror stories, now may be the right time!

The water is warm, rates are low to get more buying power and prices are at 2000 levels!

Prices are down and interest rates are as well. When I bought my first home in 1978 the interest rate was 10% on a FHA loan.

Man I'm getting old!!!!!!!!!

The water is fine. Jump right in.. Wouldn't it be nice to have to deal with multiple offers again?

Your market is sooooo unlike reality elsewhere.  It is really strange.

Cameron:  Yes I thought I thought 7% was outstanding when I bought my first, second and third (present) house!  IDK how much longer this can sustain but I have been saying that for a year now!

Robert: Yup that is me :)

Michael:  NONONO!!  No more multiple offers unless I it is my listing and THAT is a headache too!

Eva:  Hope all is well in Poland!

Lee & Pamela:  Sizzle is good as long as there is balance :)

Everyone else, thanks for the comments!
