ZIP code 85345 comprises a 13 square mile area of South and Central Peoria. It mainly lies between Northern Avenue in the south and Cactus Road in the north. The western boundary runs mainly along 96th Avenue and the Agua Fria River, while the eastern boundary runs along 67th and 75th Avenues. Glendale lies immediately to the east and south, while Sun City lies to the west.
It includes Peoria's Grand Bazaar, Braewood Park, Washington Park, Varney Park, Hays CB Memorial Park, Sunnyslope Park, Peoria Station, Westgreen Park, Coyote Ridge Golf Course, Monroe Park, Murphy Park and Arrowhead Mall.

Summary
Real estate activity in the Phoenix Metro area market continues to deteriorate, where demand in the market is roughly the same as the supply.
