Cordova, a Gilbert AZ Gated Community Video

Homes for sale in Val Vista Lakes Gilbert AZ

Cordova is a beautiful gated community in southeast Gilbert, just south of Seville Golf Community, and in the shadow of the San Tan Mountains.

Part of the community is in Gilbert and the other part is actually in Queen Creek (Maricopa County) which I find very interesting, and probably challenging for the developer.

The Cordova custom homes range from 4,000 to more than 6,000 square foot in size with many upscale amenities. Many include chilled wine cellars and theater rooms, and at least one has an Air Conditioned RV Garage.

  • There is currently only one home for sale in the community. It is a 4379 square foot custom home on 0.7 acre listed at $760,000.
  • There are two homes under contract. One of them is a bank owned home. In the video it's the one with the dead grass front yard.
  • There has been one closed sale this year.

The Video shows the community entry, which is gated, and several of the magnificent luxury homes in the community.

Good community post Bill. I am working diligently to chronicle the neighborhoods, amenities, schools and shopping in the area we serve. You don't get featured blogs that way.... but they rank well on Google :-)

Right Steve, and featured posts is just an ego builder as far as I'm concerned. They are nice to have, but my concentration is on my business.

There are some talented posters here who are able to write for both members and the public and still get featured posts. I'm not in that league.
