Cordova, a Gilbert AZ Gated Community Video
Cordova is a beautiful gated community in southeast Gilbert, just south of Seville Golf Community, and in the shadow of the San Tan Mountains.
Part of the community is in Gilbert and the other part is actually in Queen Creek (Maricopa County) which I find very interesting, and probably challenging for the developer.
The Cordova custom homes range from 4,000 to more than 6,000 square foot in size with many upscale amenities. Many include chilled wine cellars and theater rooms, and at least one has an Air Conditioned RV Garage.
- There is currently only one home for sale in the community. It is a 4379 square foot custom home on 0.7 acre listed at $760,000.
- There are two homes under contract. One of them is a bank owned home. In the video it's the one with the dead grass front yard.
- There has been one closed sale this year.
The Video shows the community entry, which is gated, and several of the magnificent luxury homes in the community.
