Ridgewood NJ Market Statistics October 2006

Existing-home sales eased last month, as did the number of homes available for sale indicating the housing market is stabilizing, according to the National Association of Realtors®.  This is a direct quote from www.realtor.org, their statisticians have a lot more experience than I do in analyzing the Real Estate Market.  For now, the following stats apply to Ridgewood and the surrounding areas.
