Dr. Phil's $16.5 Million Beverly Hills Mansion Listed For Sale

Hi Stewart~  Interesting to see how the rest of the world lives!  I can't even imagine having a closet like that let alone having enough clotes to fill it!

I'm sorry, Stewart, but I will not be making an offer on this home. There isn't enough marble in the kitchen, and the bedroom closets are miniscule.

Seriously, how has this home appreciated this much in 8 years? I heard there was a housing bubble.

I think old Dr Phil needs to talk in the mirror about the realities of the economy. Nothing has more than  doubled in value since 2002

Wow!  How can people live like that?  Honestly!  I suppose it appeals to the Dr. Phils, but a little too ROYAL looking for my taste.  That's probably why they didn't list with me!  lol

Stewart - I attended a baby shower at this house for a rock star friend of mine. It was pretty cool getting an invitation from Robin McGraw. Dr. Phil showed up all sweaty after playing a round of tennis. This is a beautiful house.

Stewart, this home loos similar to one which was used in the filmng of "Falling Down".  Nice "Hers" master bedroom closet, especially the cabinetry.

He's buying before he closes on the sale of his home? I mean... how in the world did he obtain financing? Do you think he went FHA and put down 3.5% I mean.. he's self-employed.. NO WAY he's gonna get approved. He needs to do a short sale or something. ;)

Very nice his-and-hers closets!  The rest of it isn't too shabby either.  But that's a LOT of $$ so I hope they're patient.

Wonder what he would be living in if Oprah had not given him a thumbs up. A little too much of a grandstander for me. Guess I will stay in my little 900 sq ft home here in Zephyrhills. :) In the end, I wonder who is happier?
