Stevenson Ranch Market Data - Are prices still Declining?

Some of the best questions are those asked.  A simple asking of what the market is doing inside of the Stevenson Ranch community of the Santa Clarita Valley - on Google - will get you some unreliable resources.  Not based on True and Factual market data but based on someone wanting a Thicker Wallet!

We have met with some folks that are not wanting to "give their home away".

I got that.  I don't want to give your home away, in fact - the more I can sell your home for, the more commission I will make.

So with the simple solution to that question (objection) when it comes to the listing price, the home will only sell for what the Buyer is willing to pay.

Speaking of Cash Buyers, the "willing to pay", is accurate.  But if someone is going to use any type of financing on a home in Stevenson Ranch, then "willing to pay" is only part of the equation.

Buyers are looking in certain prices ranges, because they are capable of paying.  But when they are using financing, it is going to come down to what the bank is "willing to loan" on the home.

How do you know what a bank is willing to Loan?  We have several resources within the Stevenson Ranch area of Santa Clarita.
