Lot's of great card analogies in real estate.

Paulson Playing Cards - Domt

  • You have to know when to fold them;
  • When should you raise the stakes;
  • There is usually a joker or two;
  • Some have a nice pair;
  • Full houses are everywhere;
  • not everyone is "straight";
  • some like 3 or four of a kind;
  • with all this "crap" (sorry that is dice) you have to know when to flush!

Even though I am not related in any way to to the great people at Paulson Playing Cards, I think I should contact them and make some custom cards and chips for my brokerage!

National Poker Series - Paulson Chip

However, when it is time to buy and sell real estate, don't gamble!  Hire Jim Paulson, a local real estate broker in Boise Idaho with nearly 20 years of experience in Boise Idaho residential real estate!

A few more analogies include:

  • You have to know who is bluffing;
  • Sometimes you need an ace up your sleeve to win;
  • The best hand won't win without the right strategy;
  • It can be a high stakes game;
  • know the table limits;
Have a great day and I hope your hand wins!
