If you have driven up Wistera drive lately, you will see the construction of Snellville's new police precinct. Set to open by February, it will provide much needed room for the police department as well as a much more central location. The current headquarters is in a residential area versus the new one being in the heart of downtown Snellville, making it easier for officers to reach the different parts of the city limits.
The building, set to cost around 7 million dollars is being paid for out of SPLOST money. Check out the location below.
