Marietta, GA (Cobb County) Real Estate Listing - 579 Berkeley Ln Kennesaw, GA 30144

We've just listed another awesome property in Kennesaw, GA.  It's a nice sized Ranch Style home at 2122 SF, but the Finished Basement  adds another 500+ SF.  This is no ordinary basement either...  if you like entertaining than this is the place for you.

All of the basic living is on the main level, including a Master on Main and two more secondary bedrooms and a full bath.  Another great feature of the home is the Back Deck and Private Back Yard that adjoins a Screened-In Deck.  This space is very unique and easily provided some of my favorite shots.  At only $200,000 there is a lot of bang for the buck in this Move-In Ready home.

This home definitely does not suffer from the tired, all beige look.  It has character and I always have fun shooting homes like this.  There were some difficult shots, but all in all I think it turned out pretty good.

You can view the entire Photo Gallery in Full Screen HD at www.579berkeleyln.checkoutmore.com .

Great photos. Looks like you've added some lights. I believe you said before you were using only one. Is that correct?

Still using one light (at a time any way).  I have a second backup strobe I use occasionally, especially if I need to gel the flash.  The photos you see where there appears to be multiple flash are actually separate frames layered in Photoshop.  I would pop the flash in one area of the photo and then move to the next area and repeat the process.  The Foyer shot, for example, is actually six different frames layered and then merged to get the final image.  Considering I would have to have at least 5 lights to pull that off in one shot, this technique lets me light an image appropriately with only one strobe.  Its actually faster for me to do this one at a time than trying to balance everything on location.
