Wow, I am amazed at all the beautiful homes on good lots that are for sale in the metro Phoenix area. There is such a selection to choose from and the prices will not take you back at all. I can't remember a time when there were so many homes on the market like there are now.
Buyers are out there looking and when they find an incredible home, you better make an offer on it since the best ones are going the fastest. I have listed some of those homes and the offers all come in at once. I am always telling the buyers to act now. Action is the key in this market. We will look back on this time down the road and wonder why more people did not invest now. Forget all the naysayers, it is still one of the best times to buy.
