In Westhaven Subdivision right now (July 9th, 2010) there are 83 active homes for sale listed in the MLS. The average home list price is $583, 414 and on average they have been listed for over 3 months. About 9 homes per month are selling in Westhaven at this time and that means that there is 9.2 months of active inventory. This is very synonymous with the rest of
Williamson County with 9.7 months of inventory. The market in Westhaven is trending up as the PENDING RATIO is over 14% compared to about 9% for the rest of the county. Last reported Nationwide numbers are for May at 8.3 months of supply.
The average price of homes sold over the past 6 months is $501,078 and the average size is 3179 square feet.
