If you are experiencing financial difficulty and struggling to keep up with your mortgage payments, we want to help you get back on track, and keep you out of foreclosure. If you are struggling, it's easy to feel as if your choices are limited, but it doesn't have to be that way. You have options and you have a chance to get the help you need.
Southern California Chase Homeownership Centers are going to be holding a Homeowner Assistance Event in your area from July 16 - 20. Please join us at this upcoming event, and let's work together to help you through these challenging times.
At the event, qualified Chase loan advisors will be available to accept your documentation, as well as walk through the status of your modification request and answer any questions you may have about the process. If you have already submitted documentation and have questions or are looking for confirmation, please come to the event and bring any paperwork you have for us to discuss.

- Intake counseling for modification applications
- Counseling for customers who are current on their mortgage but are struggling
- Short sale assistance - if you are no longer interested or unable to keep your home, short sale may be an option that will help you avoid foreclosure
- Support with Trial Mod Documents in process - Collect outstanding documents from customers currently in a trial plan
- Final Modification Document Signing - On-site execution of final modification agreements

To ensure that we can get the process started for you as quickly as possible, please complete the Homeowner Information Packet and bring it, along with the documentation listed on the checklist page of the packet, when you come to the event. With this information in hand, we'll be able to help you faster.

From John Wayne Airport: Follow signs to the 405 Freeway North. Exit Bristol Street and turn left. Drive over the bridge, turn left on Hotel Way.
From 405 Freeway Southbound: Take 405 South to Bristol Street exit (just past Harbor Blvd and Hwy 73 interchange). The hotel is located directly across from the exit on the left.
From 405 Freeway Northbound: Take 405 North to Bristol Street exit. Exit left onto Bristol. Drive over the freeway and turn left on Hotel Way.
From the 57 Freeway: Take the 57 South to I-5 South to Hwy 55 South. Exit Baker and turn right. Turn right again at Bristol Street and the hotel will be on the right hand side.
From the 91 Freeway: Take 91 West to Hwy 55 South to 405 North. Exit at Bristol, turning left. Drive over the freeway and turn left on Hotel Way.
From the 73 Freeway: Take 73 North, exit Bear Street, and turn right, right on Paularino, and left on Bristol.
