...and the beat goes on. Carmel Indiana Real Estate continues an impressive 2010 run with yet another month beating the 2009 levels. This is quite an impressive trend! For June 151 homes/condo's were sold with an average DOM of 67 and a $/sq ft of $111.00. This compares with June 2009 that saw 143 homes sold with an average DOM of 85 and a $/sq ft of $117.00. 
For the six months ending 6/30/10, there have been 642 homes sold in Carmel Indiana compared with 525 for the same time period in 2009.
In June of 2010, there were 19 homes greater than $500,000 and two that were over $1,000,000 that sold. They were one in Williams Creek for $1,200,000 that was on the market just 102 days with 5,400 sq ft and an additional 3,000 in the finished basement. The other one was in Coppergate for $1,400,000 with 6,000 sq ft and an additional 1,400 in the finished basement and also an inground pool. I currently have nearly 2 acres of land for sale in Coppergate.
Neighborhoods with high activity in June included Arden Townhomes by Ryland, Cool Creek North, Long Ridge Estate, Saddle Creek, Village of West Clay. (There is actually a one bedroom one bath for sale in West Clay for less than $50,000 right now!).
