People hear the words "Buyers Agency" and run. I guess someone started a rumor about us "Agents" long time ago and it still keeps going and going, like the energizer bunny. I do not blame them but I think sometimes for our benefit, we should find about the true story before we "just say no". There are so many places were we can go and educate ourselves about buyers agency. I wish "this" rumor would "get started".
Buyers agency is the most fair way for a consumer to buy their home. It is something that was created specifically for the "Buyer" to protect his rights at the time of a purchase. It was also intended so that the "Buyer" would also be represented when entering any property listed by an agent. The "Buyers" agent is there to negotiate the best price and make sure everything runs smooth from the offering date, document submissions thru closing date.
I know this to be accurate because I am a Real Estate, But before I was an agent, I was a consumer just like anyone else. I wish I was educated while I was a consumer, but the only education I got was the same rumor, that the only thing "agents" knew how to do was open the door and get paid. So with this in mind I thought "hmm, This could be promissing". And boy was I wrong!
I love providing my service to the public, but my service is not just opening the door, no sir! Even listing and marketing a property is a lot of work. I am constantly trying to find ways to get the most exposure for that property and putting it in opportunitys way.
I am a 24/7 top of the line agent. I love first time Buyers, and have great passion in servig the public.I have a special place for our elders, they are the fiber of our society and a great source of knoledge.
