During the month of July 2007 there were twenty-five newly marketed properties. The average asking price is $477,188.00 the least expensive property is asking $259,900.00 a first floor condo with three rooms and one bedroom with one bath.

There were thirteen properties listed as "UC" under contract with the averaqge asking price of $473,553.00 and average days on the market of only 74.

Fourteen properties were listed as SOLD with an average list price of $498,528.00 and an average SOLD price of $483,571.00 this represents 96.9% of the actual list to sale price. The average days on the market is only 79 days. This is an excellent market.

Nine properties were listed as "W" this is a permanent withdrawl from the market the average listed price was $558,577 with an average of 121 days on the market.

No temporarily removed properties were listed.

Nine properties were listed as "X" expired this is when the contractual obligation between Seller and their owner is over. The average asking price was $456,022.00 and the average days on market is 148.

Pequannock Township is a lovely town with a beautiful main st adorn with many of the towns older homes. There is plenty of shopping nearby and it is in a good location for commuters with trains nearby in Lincoln Park and Wayne NJ. An excellent place to grow a family.
