Can't understand what you've written, but do notice VP.  Presently, I'm seeking someone who can speak Spanish fluently because I'm thinking about breaking into the Hispanic market for Colorado.  Perhaps you'll see some Spanish-only blogs from me in the future.

Wish I had the same daily inquiries for "starter" condos at $500,000 =)

Here in Reno, our median for condo is still about $100,000 (Tahoe is about double).  Down from about $210,000 in 2005.  The big difference would be scarcity of land.  There's still a lot of places to build high rises outside of Reno (in Tahoe, not much demand for condos), I'd imagine Manhattan does not have the same luxury.

Also, the big trend here in Reno was the transformation of underperforming casinos to "condo hotels" . So we have a LOT of condos now.  I think, a tad bit more than we need.

Hi Joe - Thanks for sharing that piece of market information on your local Reno market. Here in Manhattan, the price is much different than the rest of the country. Instead of buying horizontally, we buy vertically!
