The Naples Area Board of Realtor has recently release its monthly market report. The most striking data in this report, in my view, is the reduction in inventory - available homes for sale. The chart below from the press release report indicates nearly a 9% decrease in inventory.
The decrease in inventory is indicative of increased sales activity due continure (pent up?) demand for the Naples area real estate, low prices, and low interest rates.
It's still a buyers market, no doubt, with the favorable prices. The inventory reduction is another sign in what I believe is no longer a "bottom market," but a market that's beginning to turn.
