Every year the little hamlet of Lackawaxen PA is home to the River Jam Music Fest, at the Lackawaxen Volunteer Fire Department Fairgrounds; easy to find, right on Route 590.
River Jam Music Fest is a non-profit event, organized to benefit the Soldiers Angels program. Soldiers Angels helps our soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. Additionally, the River Jam benefit also helps fund higher education with a memorial scholarship fund in the Wallenpaupack School District.
The 2010 River Jam Fest starts at 12 noon. Click here for a list of bands that will be playing during this all day event in Lackawaxen. Donation is only $25.00. (Buy tickets in advance for $20!)
