Very nice listing in 76244. I noticed you were using RealBird. How do you like the service in general. What services do you use? Do you think it's a good value?

We use RealBird to design our single property websites and purchase personalized domain names. We also use their widgets, and they syndicate our listings to the most popular websites automatically.
They are on the cutting edge of online tools, so we're always looking forward to what they will come out with next (my blog post you see above was designed with one of their newest tools).
They support their products very well too (in house), and I highly recommend using their services to anyone in business of selling real estate.
Brenda, this looks like a nice home. I hope you can find a new family for it soon. Who is the original builder ?
Actually, it is in Harvest Ridge, and the two original builders in there were David Weekley and Horizon Homes, which is a division, or was at the time a division of the Goodman Family of Homes. Best of luck with it, Brenda.
