The Washington Examiner posted the first photo of the devestation caused by the recent earthquake in the Washington D.C. area.

FEMA and the Red Cross are standing by to deliver aid if needed.

Jim - ha ha. It must have been quite a shock for the DC folks given earthquakes are pretty rare. Great photo. It was big headlines in the LA Times out here. People here were probably laughing.

Great, now the congress will be passing a new law to prevent earthquakes and they will need to charge us another tax to fund it.

Hey Dee, feel free not to laugh if you don't think this is funny.I have a pretty 'off the wall' sense of humor and laugh at lots of other stuff many others don't.

I know disasters are no laughing matter; I've been through a few firsthand and believe me I wasn't laughing then.
