It' a Win-Win-Win !!! Here's one way to Seal the Deal!
This home staging we just completed in the Smyrna / Vinings area has a fun history that brought it all together for the Seller, the Realtor of choice and us, the selected Atlanta home staging company.
The seller lives in Florida. She had previously rented out this Town home and decided it was now time to sell the property. Her problem? She wanted to stage and knew no Stager in the Atlanta area. Further complicating issues -- she knew no Realtors in the Atlanta area.
So this savvy seller did what so many of us do -- she turned to the Internet and began the Google search! She found Peachtree Home Staging's site and liked what she saw. The "Before and After Photo Gallery" sold her, so she jotted us down as a top choice.
Next, she went on her Google search for a Realtor. While checking many Realtor site's her interest was captured by Jenny Stevenson's site with Keller Williams. Well, guess what? When she looked at Jenny's many listings she immediately noticed many of Jenny's interior property photos were the same as Peachtree Home Staging "after photos"! And then on Jenny's page of team players, there was my name, Karen Dembsky, home stager.
