Great topic, but how will a buyer/seller find this post if they Google for info?  Not many people will Google a zip code when looking for a property.  Also, what does the does the data mean to a buyer or seller?

Google expert too?

"Not many people will Google a zip code"

Perhaps they don't even have to use ZIP codes Searching Glenola Height Columbus Ohio real estate:

Search for Glenola Heights Columbus real estate

First page... w/ in top 3 ...

It will be really nice when the link that comes up is my blog

Searching another neighborhood name "Indianola Highlands Columbus real estate"

Seach for Indianola Highlands Columbus real estate

I'm not searching via ZIP codes either... I could also write a hyper local post about each neighborhood...  eventually I may but I use ZIP codes so buyers don't have to.

Again when my blog comes up I will be really happy!

Or should ZIP codes be reserved for Zillow, Trulia, Yahoo real estate?
