Just for fun, included a comparison to NoDoz and even Excedrin - did you know Excedrin has as much caffeine as almost 3 cans of Diet Coke?
According to this chart, most of the Starbucks Frappaccino buzz is coming from the sugar, unless you order a double! Otherwise, you're better off with coffee from the pot at the office. Depending on how much buzz you actually wanted, that is.
The FDA's official caffeine limit for cola and pepper soft drinks is 71 mg per serving.
A Monster Energy Drink has only a little more caffeine than an average 8 oz cup of black coffee, and the same as an 8 oz cup of brewed Starbucks coffee. Of course there are lots of "other" things in Monster too, like an "energy blend".
Diet Coke packs 30% more punch than Diet Pepsi.
It tastes better too.
