I woke up this Monday morning at 6am ready to get up out of bed and get after it! While sitting at my open house yesterday (on the floor because it was a vacant home), I got my week all prepared with my systems in order to run my week. I've decided to let my systems run my work schedules, so I'm freed up to do all the fun stuff I love about this real estate business. This doesn't mean that I will stop working, it just means that I am allowing for my systems to take the stress out of my day by just 'handing' me the work I should be doing at any given moment. I don't have to worry whether or not I have a strong work ethic, and I don't have to wonder 'what to do next?', because my schedule (JOB) is layed out for me via time blocks. My mornings from 7:30am -1pm are time blocked now, so that if I get all of my dollar-producing activities done on schedule, I can enjoy some fun activities as well or just take the rest of the day off :-). I wish those of you reading this a Fantastic Week this week!!

Welcome to Active Rain Dawn... have fun in the game.
We joined last November and have found that the Rainmaker outside blog combined with Localism have worked well for us…. getting us better page placement on Google searches within neighborhoods. Worth checking out.
It is also a good idea to use a lot of pictures in your post from the area you cover to get and hold people's attention...they shy away from reading blocks of text.
A side benefit of AR is learning from other folks’s social media creativity and making friends for future referrals. Here is a good place to start: Learning to use Active Rain
Have great success this year,
