I am very interest in the Bordeaux properties, I would prefer a 3 bedroom and W/D on the first level.  I have seen a 2 bedrm with only a carport, and saw your ad online.  I would also like hardwood in the living dining area if at all possible.  I have a house to sell.  I want you to keep this VERY CONFIDENTIAL.  I have dealt briefly with a Keller Williams person and would prefer not to communicate with them.

My husband is the reluctant one, but when I mentioned this property he was amenable, so I was quite pleased.  Do you also have property sources in Kenilworth and /or the Villa Medici?  I am interested in lst floor masters, lst floor utilities, a two car garage and I really liked the small  fenced garden/patio areas at the Bordeux. The finished basement area would also be a plus for space,

We would be leaving a 2400 sq ft home.  Please include sq footage in your correspondence.  I would like to meet you next week at your convenience.  I am very familiar with the Tuilieries also.  I could also look at attached places in the Red Bridge area, Stone Haven and other areas you may know.   I am new to the market and would appreciate your input.   We can be on either side of Stateline, we are empty nesters, so schools are not an issue.
