The Newtown Chase community is located along Whitewood & Middleton Road, just off of Mt Pleasant Road. There are 34 homes in this neighborhood built between 1996-2001. The Newtown Hunt subdivision is conveniently located just north of the Hawleyville Post Office off of Route 25.
