 The East area of Colorado Springs housing market continues to be a BUYERS  Market, as there is currently a 5.8 month of supply of homes on the market.   A 6 month supply of houses on the market is considered a "NEUTRAL MARKET".  Pricing continued to go down in 2009 but number of sales increased.   Sales units were down 13% from 2009 to 2008, but pricing was down 14% from 2009 to 2008.   Pricing has continued to see an increase in 2010.
