C.E. Benefield, founder of Benefield Realty Company in 1948, turned 96 years old this week. Mr. Benefield pioneered development in DeKalb County, GA and several other metro Atlanta Counties and has been an active Realtor for over 60 years. He is one of the founders and a charter member of the DeKalb Association of Realtors and one of the original organizers and a charter member of Georgia Multiple Listing Service.
