valuation), AHR has designed a specific training course for Escrow Officers and
Closing Attorneys that is unrivaled, providing detailed, comprehensive, step-by-step
training on the Short Sale closing process. Escrow Officers and Closing Attorneys from leading title insurance companies such as Fidelity National Title, Stewart Title, Old Republic Title, and First American Title Insurance have already been awarded their CDRCS designation and are already asking real estate professionals about their credentials at the time an Agent requests a preliminary or estimated settlement statement to accompany a Short Sale offer.
