As a former teacher, we just can't emphasize enough the importance our schools play in our business.

Why am I not surprised that Paula was a teacher, nice local post Charita, I don't believe that we agents put enough into the importance of schools are to buyers. I know my kids are grown adults and the thought doesn't cross my mind, but many buyers spend alot of time looking at school info. Nice job, hope all is well

Gerry Paula has many characteristics of a caring teacher doesn't she?  We work with families everyday and I believe it may have been Lenn that said (don't quote me on that though) "families don't buy homes, they buy school systems."  That is so very true.

Jennifer you can't go wrong if you do.
