Local Focus Update... The Planned Removal of Arundo Donax Threatens the Norco Bluff Trails

Tonight (Wednesday, July 21st), there will be a Norco City Hall meeting. Here is a message from one of Norco's active members about it:
"The Equine community needs to rally at tonight's city hall in Norco. 7PM Our voices need to be heard. We need to preserve the bluffs trails. This area is state land and we as equestrians stewardship these trails. If we don't speak up the Army Corp of Engineers will not know how special this area is to us all and they will take out the Arundo the cheapest, fastest and most destructive way. The city leaders have an opportunity to work with the Corp and they need to hear us as a community what we want.
