Our beautiful city has made another list. There is a new book out called "1,000 Places to See in the U.S.A. and Canada Before You Die". Yet another great reason to live here. The book classifies Savannah as "a living museum", "America's best walking city", and "an urban masterpiece". If you live here and haven't made a trip downtown to walk the beautiful squares in awhile, hop in the car and head on down. My advice would be to go early on a Saturday or Sunday morning - not much car traffic, lots of beautiful singing birds, and that nice calm that you only see in the early hours.
