Welcome to Feature Friday! This video will show you how to set up an agent managed envelope for electronic signature when the person starting the transaction doesn’t have contact information for all signers.

Feature Friday: How To Use Agent Managed Envelopes, a Spring ’10 Feature
In broker transactions, such as those by real estate professionals, financial advisors and insurance agents, the initiator of the paperwork may not have the complete contact information for all signers, but the brokers and agents may have this information.

Normally, you need to have the contact information for all the recipients to send an envelope. By using Agent Managed Transactions, you can still complete the transaction without having all of the information.

When creating a new agent managed envelope, a broker or agent that has the contact information must be added as one of the recipients as a manager for the envelope.
