A Statistic to be proud of

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Waterstone Realty

RealtyTrac issued its summary of nationwide foreclosures for the first half of 2007 yesterday and no Florida cities made the top 5. Miami, however, did make the top 10.

I am doing everything I can to help people avoid foreclosure.  It's nice to know my efforts and the efforts of agents like me amount to something.  Central Florida is not in the top 10 cities for foreclosures!

Much of my work is pro-bono.  As I stated before, my #1 goal is to help people keep their homes.  Obviously being a Real Estate Professional I don't get paid unless I sell homes.  In our market we need fewer homes on the market, not more.  I pledge to do what I can to keep families in their homes, even if that means a smaller pay check.

If you know of anyone who has gone through a life altering change- divorce, death in family, loss of job, relocation of job, etc. - and could use my help, give me a call with their information.  I will be sure to go the extra mile to help these people out.  Of course as always, my services are free unless we have to relocate the individual.

If you are relocating yourself and would like to support my efforts in helping others,  I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to assist in relocating you and your family as well.

Not in Central Florida, Not a problem.  My Network is nationwide.  Help is just a phone call away.

I dug a little and didn't see any Pacific NW cities in the list.  But surprisingly the list isn't that easy to find.  Thanks Michael
