Tyler Walk was built by Gigliotti beginning around 1980 and is located on Durham Rd. just above the Newtown Bypass in Newtown Township. There are a few styles of townhomes available. The smallest unit is a 1,532 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath townhome with off street parking. Some also offer basements. There are also 1731 - 1808 sq. ft. townhomes with a one car garage, off street parking, and some of these also have basements. The larger models range from 1900 - 2400 sq. ft. all with garages, off street parking, and basements.
