2 Short Sales with Chase Approved in less than 45 days!!!

CHASED HAS DONE IT AGAIN..

Lately, I have been real impressed on the new processing that Chase Bank has implemented on the Short Sale process.  
     1.) They have a Liason for the Short Sale negotiators.  This makes the negotiators more accountable to doing their jobs.  They now have the support that they need.  
     2.) You can reach the representatives assisting the Negotiators without compromising your file being put to the bottom of the pile.
     3.) They are getting things done.. Training and getting more streamline.
   
Not all Lenders, Servicers representing the Banks have seen the Day and we often are quick to put a label on all Lenders & Servicers.

There are still work to be completed.  New programs for Short Sales are being released often. 
But at least Big Banks are getting it together...

By no means were these easy files to work on. 
I will elaborate details on each file on my next blog entry.
