Don't you just love the words "It Sold"......

"It sold"....."It sold"....."It sold".....

In any market these are beautiful words, but in todays market they mean so much more.  With the way the economy and the world is today and with everyone blaming everyone, it is no wonder that we get so much more excited with these two words. 

Everyone has worked harder to hear them.  Agents, homeowners, buyers, stagers, lenders, escrow officers, title co., and everyone else in-between.  Good for you, good for them, good for us.  We all need a pat on the back.  So this is my "Hip, hip, hurray" for all of you in the field.  Keep up the great work.
