The last time around... perhaps a month ago? the "Back on the Market - Buyers split up. Beautiful" house was advertised and in contract before the open house. Drama!
Right now the Real Living HER Open House List says: "There are 243 Open Houses available" of course that is subect to change... houses sell before the open house, occasionally, even in 2010. Homes go "Back on the Market."

I have the lowest priced Worthington open house on the Real Living HER Open House List today, July 25, 2010... 1344 Snowmass Rd. Columbus OH. 43235 at $219,900. Of course that is subject to change too. Another Real Living HER agent could decide last minute to do an open house.... something new could go on the market. A home could go "Back on the Market" for any number of reasons.
