In the wild west, Cowboys would often come to town to sit on something other than a horse and enjoy a long cool drink.
I found this Cowboy Watering Hole yesterday while showing property in the Talalah area (pronounced Tah LA LAW) to a client. This is actually the front covered porch of a very cool cedar cabin. It has an open kitchen, living and dining area and one bedroom down and one bedroom up in the loft. And, of course, it is decorated "Cowboy" style on the inside.
It is very cool.
One can purchase this cabin and the front porch "Cowboy Watering Hole," along with 190 acres of beautiful, treed, deer loaded hunting or farming land for around $389K. That's a little over $2000 per acre folks.
And that ain't no Cowboy Tall tale right there!
Come to Oklahoma and get your very own "Cowboy Watering Hole!" Our prices are great, the people are friendly, we got lakes galore and the locusts are singing!
