I have been waiting with a yellow ticket to complete the counseling step since 5am, and appreciate the fact that we were allowed and encouraged to leave and come back when contacted. I will wait as long as I have to because I NEED HELP! However, I was assured I could expect to be contacted to return by 3pm today, but figured it would be longer. I am in the 14,000 group for the DC convention center. Now it is after 6pm and the lenders will be leaving at 8pm and the doors are supposed to close at 8pm. Can anyone tell me what I should do? I will be heading back up there shortly but am trying to find answers before I leave.
